We first visited the Costa del Sol almost 20 years ago and fell in love with the area. It was always our intention to retire here, but this happened sooner than we expected when Paul was able to take early retirement from Barclays Bank in 2005.

Once we had settled in to our new home in Spain we were asked by some neighbours if we would look after their holiday homes when they were not here, open up for them when they were coming to stay and ensuring that their apartments were cleaned when they left. We thought that this would give us something to do so that we didn’t get bored.

Our reputation spread and we were asked by more people to manage their properties for them. In 2009 friends who had set up Holiday del Sol relocated to Florida and we took over their business and the properties which they managed.

Currently we have 40 properties on our books, those that are available for holiday lets are listed on this website. You can choose between 1, 2 or 3 bedroom apartments, townhouses or villas, in various locations between Benalmadena in the east and Calahonda in the west. We are sure that you will be able to find a property that would be ideal for your holiday. If the property you are interested in is not available, or you have some other requirements then please get in touch with us as we do have contacts with other management agents so we may still be able to help you.
