Booking

If you wish to book any or our apartments, or require further details, simply complete the contact/enquiry/booking form which can be found on the availability chart for each apartment.

We do not insist on Saturday to Saturday or weekly bookings - you can arrive on any day of the week and stay as many nights as you choose (minimum charge is one week). Additional nights are charged pro rata, e.g. €350 per week = €50 per night (price rounded up to the nearest euro).

Extended winter bookings are also available at very competitive rates - please contact us for details.

Booking Deposit

A deposit of €100 is required to secure your booking. In the event of cancellation we regret this is non-refundable.

Full Payment

The rental balance is payable 6 weeks before arrival.

Payment Methods

For your convenience we can now accept all major debit and credit cards through the PayPal scheme (a small charge has been added for this service). If you choose to pay by this method you will be sent an invoice. Alternatively, cash payments can be made through bank transfer to our bank in Spain.

Security Bond

A cash security bond of €200 is payable with you final balance payment and will be returned with 14 days of your departure, providing all keys are returned, there are no breakages and the apartment is left in good order.

Additional Charges

Two bedroom apartments are priced for 4 people. Where 5 or 6 people are sharing a two bedroom apartment, there is a linen and towel supplement of €20 per week for five people sharing and €30 for six people, unless otherwise stated. Air conditioning is inclusive in most properties. If an apartment is fitted with a coin operated meter then this is clearly stated. Extended winter bookings of 4 weeks or more will incur electricity costs at the rate of €10 per week.

Cots and Highchairs

Cot or highchair - €20 one week; €35 two weeks; cot and highchair - €35 one week; €60 two weeks. We can also supply a wheelchair the weekly cost is €40 with a €60 returnable deposit.

Group Bookings

For group bookings, we have a number of apartments adjacent to each other or situated in the same blocks. We cannot guarantee availability but we will try to accommodate groups in close proximity if requested. Please contact us for booking form or further information.
